👮 Becoming an admin on your 7 Days to Die server is easy!

If you want to execute certain commands from the command console such as kicking or banning a player, giving items, setting xp, etc.. then you'll need elevated permissions from the server console!

This guide will help you achieve admin privileges so you can execute admin commands!

✅ Granting admin to a player

This process is incredibly easy and straight forward, simply follow the steps below:

Visit Your Server in the Physgun Gamepanel
In the Server Console type the following: admin add <YOUR USERNAME HERE> 0 then press Enter

That's it! Now you have full admin privileges on your 7DTD server! You can now open the command console in-game and use any commands you wish.

🖥️ Using the Command Console in-game to execute admin commands

Now that you have admin privileges on your server you're probably wondering how you execute commands.
All you need to do is simply open the Command Console in-game!

Below we'll have some different steps for opening the command console. You simply just need to do one of any method to open the console:

Method 1:
Press F1 for US and EU keyboards.

Method 2:
Press " for US keyboards.
Press @ for EU keyboards.
Press Ö/Ø/F2 for Scandinavian keyboards.
Press Ñ for Spanish keyboards.

Now the command console should be opened in-game! You can type help to display an available list of commands.

Some notes:
Some commands are case sensitive; "a" is not the same as "A".
Shortcuts can be used in place of a full command. Not all commands have shortcuts however.
Command arguments presented in [square braces] are optional, however commands using <pointed braces> are not optional.
