Using a Procedural Map
Procedurally generated maps are created at random with a specific seed and size, you can view generated maps and even generate your own over at our partner RustMaps.com!
Adding one to your Physgun Rust Server is super easy, simply follow the steps below.
Visit RustMaps.com and find a map you would like to use!
Once you have found a map click the Use button on the left to open up the instructions panel, the Physgun tab will have the proper instructions
In the Physgun Gamepanel navigate to Your Server > Configuration > Server Options and look for the World Size and World Seed options
Head back to RustMaps and copy the World Size and World Seed into your Server Options in the Physgun Gamepanel
Restart your server and you're done!
Your server is now running on the map seed and size you have entered! You can confirm everything is properly set by watching the Console on startup.
After Asset Warmup is complete you should see Generating procedural map of size... in the console with the seed and size you entered.
Using a Custom Map (Map URL)
You may have a custom map that you are using that needs to be added to the server via url, with the Physgun Gamepanel we make this incredibly easy.
